Bam Adebayo named All-Defensive First Team

MIAMI ā€“ The Heatā€™s Bam Adebayo was recognized for his defense on Tuesday.

The NBA included Adebayo in their All-Defensive first team.

Adebayo was joined by Antony Davis of the Lakers, Rudy Gobert of Minnesota, Herb Jones of the Pelicans, and Victor Wembanyama of the Spurs.

This is the first time that Adebayo is receiving this recognition.

Adebayo is known league-wide as one of the most versatile defensive players.

The big man has the ability to guard every position on the floor.

Adebayo was one of the finalists for defensive player of the year, but lost to Gobert.

Adebayo has made it clear that winning DPOY is one of his career goals.
