The Spring Valley Timberwolves basketball team scored 78 points and held the visiting Riverside Warriors to 47 in the Timberwolves league triumph on Thursday.

The Timberwolves now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ashland Blazer for a non-league contest on Monday, January 15. Spring Valley will meet a Tomcats team coming off a 68-59 league loss to Boyd County (Ashland, KY). The Tomcats record now stands at 12-4.
