The St. Mary-Assumption Hilltoppers topped the visiting Union Catholic Vikings basketball team by a final score of 49-40 in Thursday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Hilltoppers face the Sayreville Bombers (Parlin, NJ) in a non-league game, on Sunday, January 15. St. Mary-Assumption will attempt to move on its 10-2 season record.
