The Warren Warriors basketball team scored 72 points and held the visiting Parkersburg Big Reds to 48 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Warriors now sport a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Logan for a Southeastern Ohio contest on Saturday, January 28. Warren will confront a Chieftains team coming off a 41-30 non-league loss to Bishop Watterson (Columbus, OH). The Chieftains record now stands at 7-6.

The Big Reds (6-10) will now prepare for their contest against Marietta (Marietta, OH). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 11-2 record. In their last contest, Marietta trounced New Philadelphia (New Philadelphia, OH), 51-49, in a league contest.
