In Tuesday's league outing, the Parkersburg Big Reds (Parkersburg, WV) basketball squad edged the host Spring Valley Timberwolves (Huntington, WV), by a count of 54-51.

The Big Reds (15-4) will now prepare for their outing against Woodrow Wilson (Beckley, WV). The Flying Eagles go into the Mountain State outing with a 4-14 record. In their last outing, Woodrow Wilson was tipped by George Washington (Charleston, WV), 58-43, in a league outing.
