February 23, 2024: Campbellsville, KY 42718 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Thomas Nelson Generals (Bardstown, KY) and the host Campbellsville Eagles (Campbellsville, KY), saw Thomas Nelson's basketball squad knock off Campbellsville by a tally of 51-41.
With the victory, Thomas Nelson improves its record to 14-13 on the campaign. The Generals host Brown (Louisville, KY) to play the Bears in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 24. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 16-11. Brown won 50-26 in their recent non-league challenge against Jeffersontown (Louisville, KY)
Next up, the Eagles play the Taylor County Cardinals (Campbellsville, KY) in a District 20 challenge, on Monday, February 26. Campbellsville will attempt to improve on its 8-18 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 20-9 record after their 54-53 non-league loss to Bullitt East (Mt. Washington, KY).
