Michigan High School Basketball - Troy holds off Groves
February 24, 2015: Troy, MI 48098 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Troy Colts (Troy, MI) and the visiting Groves Falcons (Beverly Hills, MI), saw Troy's basketball squad hold off Groves by a tally of 49-44.
With the victory, Troy improves its record to 8-9 on the campaign. The Colts travel to Northern (Pontiac, MI) to confront the Huskies in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 27. The Huskies come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Falcons confront the Seaholm Maples (Birmingham, MI) in a Oakland - Blue challenge, on Friday, February 27. Groves will attempt to improve on its 4-13 season record. The Maples come into the challenge with a 11-7 record after their 61-41 non-league win over Westside Academy (Detroit, MI).
