March 1, 2021: Russellville, KY 42276 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Daviess County Panthers (Owensboro, KY) and the host Logan County Cougars (Russellville, KY), saw Daviess County's basketball squad knock off Logan County by a tally of 51-35.
With the victory, Daviess County improves its record to 7-8 on the campaign. The Panthers host Lyon County (Eddyville, KY) to play the Lyons in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 2. The Lyons come into the challenge with a record of 13-5. Lyon County won 41-30 in their recent league challenge against Trigg County (Cadiz, KY)
Next up, the Cougars play the South Warren (Bowling Green, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 2. Logan County will attempt to improve on its 3-18 season record. The come into the challenge with a 8-8 record after their 53-36 non-league win over Muhlenberg County (Greenville, KY).
