Troy Colts (Troy, MI) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Lake Orion Dragons (Lake Orion, MI), 63-52 in a league bout.

With the victory, Troy upgrades its record to 9-10 on the campaign. The Colts travel to Athens (Troy, MI) to play the Red Hawks in a Oakland - White bout on Thursday, March 5. The Red Hawks come into the bout with a record of 10-8.

Next up, the Dragons play the Romeo Bulldogs (Romeo, MI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, March 3. Lake Orion will attempt to upgrade on its 0-17 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 6-13 record after their 73-63 non-league win over L'Anse Creuse (Harrison Township, MI).
