Fitzgerald Spartans (Warren, MI) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Cousino Patriots (Warren, MI), 61-25 in a league bout.

With the victory, Fitzgerald upgrades its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to South Lake (St. Clair Shores, MI) to play the Cavaliers in a non-league bout on Thursday, March 4. The Cavaliers come into the bout with a record of 1-4. South Lake lost 78-38 in their recent non-league bout against Lake Shore (St. Clair Shores, MI)
