New Jersey High School Basketball - Delbarton can't hold off Union Catholic
March 3, 2010: Scotch Plains, NJ 07076 The Union Catholic Vikings basketball team scored 67 points and restricted the visiting Delbarton Green Wave to 64 in the Vikings non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Vikings now sport a 12-8 record. They play next when they travel to Paramus Catholic for a non-league contest on Friday, March 5. Union Catholic will meet a Paladins team coming off a 58-33 non-league win over Pingry (Martinsville, NJ). The Paladins record now stands at 21-3.
With the defeat, Delbarton moves to 19-7 on the year.
