Dunbar Poets (Baltimore, MD) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Patterson Clippers (Baltimore, MD), 61-60 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Dunbar upgrades its record to 12-9 on the season. The Poets travel to Wicomico (Salisbury, MD) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Saturday, March 7. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 24-1. Wicomico won 75-52 in their recent non-league bout against North Caroline (Ridgely, MD)
