The Linsly Cadets walloped the visiting Hoover Huskies lacrosse squad by a final score of 17-1 in Saturday's league bout.

With the triumph, Linsly betters its record to 1-0 on the season. The Cadets travel to Wheeling Central Catholic (Wheeling, WV) to play the Maroon Knights in a WVSLA bout on Monday, March 28. The Maroon Knights go into the bout with a record of 1-2. Wheeling Central Catholic won 14-1 in their recent league bout against Capital (Charleston, WV)

With the defeat, Hoover drops to 0-5 on the season. The Huskies travel to St. Albans (St. Albans, WV) to play the Red Dragons in a WVSLA bout on Tuesday, March 29. The Red Dragons go into the bout with a record of 0-1. St. Albans lost 23-3 in their recent league bout against Morgantown (Morgantown, WV)
