The crowd at Monday's non-league match between the Skyline Hawks (Front Royal, VA) and the host Hedgesville Eagles (Hedgesville, WV), saw Skyline's softball squad nip Hedgesville by a final score of 3-1.

The Hawks (6-5) will now prepare for their battle against Culpeper County (Culpeper, VA). The Blue Devils go into the non-league battle with a 6-5 record.
