April 29, 2011: Anchorage, AK 99517 The crowd at Friday's non-league outing between the West Eagles (Anchorage, AK) and the visiting Palmer Moose (Palmer, AK), saw West's soccer squad knock off Palmer by a margin of 3-1.
The Eagles now hold a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eagle River for a Cook Inlet outing on Saturday, April 30. West will play a Wolves squad coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Lathrop (Fairbanks, AK). The Wolves record now stands at 2-8.
With the loss, Palmer drops to 1-5 on the season. The Moose host Colony (Palmer, AK) to play the Knights in a Northern Lights outing on Tuesday, May 3. The Knights come into the outing with a record of 4-1. Colony won 3-1 in their recent non-league outing against Service (Anchorage, AK)
