August 26, 2005: Beckley, WV 25801 In Friday's league game, the Wilson Flying Eagles (Beckley, WV) football team beat the visiting Riverside Warriors (Belle, WV), by a score of 25-0.
The Flying Eagles (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Capital (Charleston, WV). The Cougers enter the Mountain State game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Capital notched a victory over Huntington (Charleston, WV), 35-7, in a league game.
The Warriors now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Parkersburg for a Mountain State game on Friday, September 16.
