Texas High School Football - Lovejoy succumbs to Argyle

August 27, 2016: Argyle, TX 76226

The Argyle Eagles overcame the visiting Lovejoy Leopards football squad by a margin of 33-21 in Saturday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Eagles clash with the La Grange Leopards (La Grange, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 2. Argyle will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Leopards enter the bout with a 1-0 record after their 7-0 non-league win over Liberty Hill (Liberty Hill, TX).

The Leopards (0-1) will now prepare for their bout against Wakeland (Frisco, TX). The Wolverines enter the non-league bout with a 1-0 record. In their last bout, Wakeland thwarted Liberty (Frisco, TX), 42-13, in a league bout.
