August 29, 2013: Shinnston, WV 26431 The Lincoln Cougars football squad scored 24 points and limited the visiting Braxton County Eagles to 6 in the Cougars non-league win on Thursday.
The Cougars now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Barbour for a Big Ten battle on Friday, September 6. Lincoln will play a Colts squad coming off a 52-14 league win over Grafton (Grafton, WV). The Colts record now stands at 1-0.
