California High School Volleyball - El Capitan tips Harbor
August 31, 2019: Merced, CA 95348 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the El Capitan Gauchos (Merced, CA) and the visiting Harbor Pirates (Santa Cruz, CA), saw El Capitan's volleyball squad nip Harbor by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, El Capitan upgrades its record to 6-5 on the year. The Gauchos travel to Woodcreek (Roseville, CA) to play the Timberwolves in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 31. The Timberwolves go into the bout with a record of 3-4. Woodcreek won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Galena (Reno, NV)
The Pirates now own a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Monte Vista Christian for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 3.
