Kentucky High School Football - Oldham County knocked off by South Oldham
September 15, 2023: Crestwood, KY 40014 South Oldham Dragons (Crestwood, KY) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Oldham County Colonels (Buckner, KY), 50-21 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, South Oldham improves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to Anderson County (Lawrenceburg, KY) to battle the Bearcats in a 5A District 5 test on Friday, September 22. The Bearcats come into the test with a record of 0-4. Anderson County lost 28-12 in their recent non-league test against Carroll County (Carrollton, KY)
With the loss, Oldham County drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Colonels host Atherton (Louisville, KY) to battle the Ravens in a non-league test on Friday, September 22. The Ravens come into the test with a record of 4-1. Atherton won 16-6 in their recent non-league test against Holy Cross (Louisville, KY)
