September 24, 2019: Wylie, TX 75098 The Wylie East Raiders (Wylie, TX) volleyball were winner over the visiting Royse City Bulldogs (Royse City, TX), 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league outing.
With the win, Wylie East betters its record to 10-11 on the year. The Raiders host Lovejoy (Lucas, TX) to face the Leopards in a 5A Region II District 10 outing on Friday, September 27. The Leopards go into the outing with a record of 30-5. Lovejoy won 3-1 in their recent non-league outing against Martin (Arlington, TX)
The Bulldogs now sport a 21-10 record. They play next when they travel to Sulphur Springs for a 5A Region II District 15 outing on Friday, September 27. Royse City will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Community (Nevada, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 19-11.
