September 26, 2008: Loomis, CA 95650 The Del Oro Golden Eagles (Loomis, CA) football nudged the visiting Enochs Eagles (Modesto, CA), 31-28 in Friday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Golden Eagles face the Merced Bears (Merced, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, October 4. Del Oro will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Bears enter the bout with a 2-1 record after their 43-14 non-league loss to Edison (Fresno, CA).
The Eagles (2-1) will now prepare for their bout against Vacaville (Vacaville, CA). The Bulldogs enter the non-league bout with a 1-2 record. In their last bout, Vacaville was nudged by Granite Bay (Granite Bay, CA), 68-10, in a non-league bout.
