January 25, 2024: Baltimore, MD 21225 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Benjamin Franklin Bayhawks (Baltimore, MD) and the visiting Coppin Academy Golden Eagles (Baltimore, MD), saw Benjamin Franklin's basketball squad knock off Coppin Academy by a count of 70-52.
With the victory, Benjamin Franklin upgrades its record to 11-2 on the campaign. The Bayhawks travel to City College (Baltimore, MD) to play the Black Knights in a Baltimore City challenge on Tuesday, January 30. The Black Knights come into the challenge with a record of 8-4. City College lost 62-61 in their recent league challenge against Carver Vo-Tech (Baltimore, MD)
Next up, the Golden Eagles play the City College Black Knights (Baltimore, MD) in a Baltimore City challenge, on Thursday, February 1. Coppin Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record.
