Kentucky High School Basketball - Christian Academy-Louisville nudges Lexington Christian
January 25, 2024: Lexington, KY 40503 Christian Academy-Louisville Centurions (Louisville, KY) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Lexington Christian Eagles (Lexington, KY), 63-60 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Christian Academy-Louisville upgrades its record to 10-8 on the season. The Centurions host Ballard (Louisville, KY) to clash with the Bruins in a District 28 bout on Saturday, January 27. The Bruins go into the bout with a record of 7-9. Ballard won 72-69 in their recent non-league bout against Male (Louisville, KY)
Next up, the Eagles clash with the Cooper Jaguars (Union, KY) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 26. Lexington Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 9-8 season record. The Jaguars go into the bout with a 13-8 record after their 65-55 non-league win over Covington Catholic (Park Hills, KY).
