October 9, 2008: Leitchfield, KY 42754 The Bowling Green Purples (Bowling Green, KY) football routed the host Grayson County Cougars (Leitchfield, KY), 47-6 in Thursday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Purples face the Barren County Trojans (Glasgow, KY) in a non-league bout, on Friday, October 24. Bowling Green will attempt to advance on its 6-1 season record.
The Cougars (3-3) will now prepare for their bout against Clinton County (Albany, KY). The Bulldogs enter the non-league bout with a 2-5 record. In their last bout, Clinton County was overwhelmed by Berea (Berea, KY), 42-18, in a non-league bout.
