October 9, 2009: Olympia, WA 98501 In Friday's league game, the Olympia Bears (Olympia, WA) football team were victorious over the visiting Stadium Tigers (Tacoma, WA), by a score of 27-19.
The Bears (5-1) will now prepare for their game against Shelton (Shelton, WA). The High Climbers come into the 4A Narrows game with a 1-5 record. In their last game, Shelton was knocked off by Central Kitsap (Silverdale, WA), 31-0, in a league game.
The Tigers now sport a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host South Kitsap for a 4A Narrows game on Saturday, October 17. Stadium will encounter a Wolves squad coming off a 15-7 league win over Bellarmine Prep (Tacoma, WA). The Wolves record now stands at 6-0.
