The Houston Hawks ice hockey squad scored 8 points and restricted the visiting Bettye Davis East Anchorage Thunderbirds to 2 in the Hawks non-league victory on Thursday.

With the victory, Houston moves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Hawks host Soldotna (Soldotna, AK) to face the Stars in a Railbelt contest on Saturday, December 4. The Stars go into the contest with a record of 6-3. Soldotna won 3-2 in their recent non-league contest against Wasilla (Wasilla, AK)
