The Perry Pumas basketball team (Gilbert, AZ), was toppled 68-59 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Desert Mountain Wolves (Scottsdale, AZ)

The Wolves now possess a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gilbert Christian for a non-league battle on Friday, December 9. Desert Mountain will confront a Knights team coming off a 84-64 non-league win over Coolidge (Coolidge, AZ). The Knights record now stands at 5-1.

The Pumas (2-4) will now prepare for their battle against Mountain Pointe (Phoenix, AZ). The Pride come into the non-league battle with a 7-1 record. In their last battle, Mountain Pointe beat Mountain Ridge (Glendale, AZ), 58-50, in a non-league battle.
