Washington, DC High School Basketball - Gonzaga thwarts Potomac School
December 8, 2018: Washington, DC 20001 The Gonzaga Eagles (Washington, DC) basketball knocked off the visiting Potomac School Panthers (McLean, VA), 75-56 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Eagles (2-2) will now prepare for their test against Pallotti (Laurel, MD). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Pallotti went down by Whitney Young (Chicago, IL), 65-63, in a non-league test.
The Panthers now own a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Riverdale Baptist for a non-league test on Sunday, December 9. Potomac School will encounter a Crusader squad coming off a 64-54 non-league loss to St. Frances Academy (Baltimore, MD). The Crusader record now stands at 0-2.
