The The Colony Cougars basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting Lake Dallas Falcons to 56 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Friday.

The Cougars now sport a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Independence for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15. The Colony will battle a Knights team coming off a 57-43 non-league loss to Panther Creek (Frisco, TX). The Knights record now stands at 4-10.

The Falcons (7-5) will now prepare for their contest against Northwest (Justin, TX). The Texans enter the non-league contest with a 7-10 record. In their last contest, Northwest was defeated by Weatherford (Weatherford, TX), 53-50, in a non-league contest.
