Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Broad Run Spartans (Ashburn, VA) and the host Park View Patriots (Sterling, VA), saw Broad Run's basketball squad trounce Park View by a count of 78-52.

With the victory, Broad Run upgrades its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Jackson (Manassas, VA) to play the Raiders in a AAA Cedar Run challenge on Wednesday, December 14. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 5-0. Jackson won 58-52 in their recent league challenge against Freedom (South Riding, VA)

Next up, the Patriots play the Tuscarora Huskies (Leesburg, VA) in a AA Dulles challenge, on Tuesday, December 13. Park View will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
