Southwestern Warriors (Somerset, KY) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Henry Clay Blue Devils (Lexington, KY), 54-45 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Southwestern upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Warriors travel to Western Hills (Frankfort, KY) to clash with the Wolverines in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 20. The Wolverines go into the bout with a record of 4-2.

Next up, the Blue Devils clash with the Madison Central Indians (Richmond, KY) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 20. Henry Clay will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record.
