Georgia High School Basketball - Ringgold ripped by Lincoln County
December 28, 2018: Ringgold, GA 30736 The Lincoln County Patriots basketball team scored 70 points and held the host Ringgold Tigers to 23 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Friday.
The Patriots now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Danville for a District 45 contest on Friday, January 4. Lincoln County will battle a Admirals team coming off a 77-38 non-league win over Metcalfe County (Edmonton, KY). The Admirals record now stands at 9-1.
The Tigers (6-7) will now prepare for their contest against Adairsville (Adairsville, GA). The Tigers enter the AAA Region 6 contest with a 6-10 record. In their last contest, Adairsville was routed by Boaz (Boaz, AL), 44-37, in a non-league contest.
