Alaska High School Basketball - Mountain City Christian Academy knocked off by West Valley

The West Valley Wolf Pack basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Mountain City Christian Academy Lions to 39 in the Wolf Pack non-league win on Saturday.

With the win, West Valley upgrades its record to 4-0 on the season. The Wolf Pack host Barrow (Utqiagvik, AK) to play the Whalers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 10. The Whalers go into the bout with a record of 2-4.

Next up, the Lions play the Colony Knights (Palmer, AK) in a 4A Northern Lights bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Mountain City Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record.
