Kentucky High School Basketball - Paducah Tilghman holds off University Heights
February 13, 2024: Paducah, KY 42003 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Paducah Tilghman Blue Tornado (Paducah, KY) and the visiting University Heights Blazers (Hopkinsville, KY), saw Paducah Tilghman's basketball squad hold off University Heights by a tally of 79-72.
With the victory, Paducah Tilghman improves its record to 11-13 on the campaign. The Blue Tornado travel to Calloway County (Murray, KY) to confront the Lakers in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 16. The Lakers come into the challenge with a record of 15-8. Calloway County won 75-45 in their recent non-league challenge against Mayfield (Mayfield, KY)
Next up, the Blazers confront the Hopkins County Central Storm (Madisonville, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 19. University Heights will attempt to improve on its 19-5 season record.
