February 23, 2024: Winchester, VA 22603 The Lighthouse Baptist Academy Eagles (Winchester, VA) basketball crushed the visiting Woodlawn Warriors (Baltimore, MD), 62-37 in Friday's non-league test.
The Eagles (10-4) will now prepare for their test against Independent Baptist Academy (Clinton, MD). The Kings go into the non-league test with a 14-5 record. In their last test, Independent Baptist Academy walloped Frederick Baptist Academy (Frederick, MD), 73-61, in a non-league test.
The Warriors now own a 7-13 record. They play next when they travel to Mergenthaler Vo-Tech for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 27. Woodlawn will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 55-51 non-league loss to Governor Thomas Johnson (Frederick, MD). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-6.
