Kentucky High School Basketball - Casey County nips Clinton County
February 8, 2024: Liberty, KY 42539 Casey County Rebels (Liberty, KY) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Clinton County Bulldogs (Albany, KY), 59-52 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Casey County upgrades its record to 5-15 on the season. The Rebels travel to Cumberland County (Burkesville, KY) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 10. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 13-10. Cumberland County lost 57-42 in their recent league bout against Monroe County (Tompkinsville, KY)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Green County Dragons (Greensburg, KY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 10. Clinton County will attempt to upgrade on its 7-16 season record. The Dragons go into the bout with a 14-7 record after their 66-62 league loss to Hart County (Munfordville, KY).
