With the victory, Blazer moves its record to 10-2 on the year. The Tomcats host Huntington (Huntington, WV) to battle the Highlanders in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 23. The Highlanders enter the bout with a record of 10-2. Huntington lost 4-1 in their recent non-league bout against Parkersburg South (Parkersburg, WV)
In their next game, the Colonels battle the Bishop Brossart Mustangs (Alexandria, KY) in a non-league bout, on Monday, September 25. Bourbon County will attempt to move on its 7-4 season record. The Mustangs enter the bout with a 10-6 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Beechwood (Fort Mitchell, KY).
