Texas High School Football - McKinney victorious over Flower Mound

September 8, 2023: McKinney, TX 75069

The McKinney Lions (McKinney, TX) football overcame the visiting Flower Mound Jaguars (Flower Mound, TX), 30-7 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Lions clash with the Little Elm Lobos (Little Elm, TX) in a 6A Region I District 5 bout, on Friday, September 15. McKinney will attempt to move on its 3-0 season record. The Lobos enter the bout with a 1-2 record after their 28-14 non-league win over Prestonwood Christian (Plano, TX).

The Jaguars (2-1) will now prepare for their bout against Lewisville (Lewisville, TX). The Farmers enter the 6A Region I District 6 bout with a 2-1 record. In their last bout, Lewisville thwarted Mesquite (Mesquite, TX), 36-0, in a non-league bout.
