It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Enterprise Wildcats had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They skirted past the Jaguars 66-63. The victory was familiar territory for Enterprise who now have nine in a row.
Several Jaguars players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Ladarius Givan, who almost dropped a triple-double on nine assists, nine steals, and nine blocks. It was the first time this season that Givan posted eight or more assists. JaMicah Adair was another key contributor, scoring 26 points.
Even though they lost, JAG were working as a unit and finished the game with 15 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.
Enterprise's win was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 24-5. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.8 points per game. As for JAG, their defeat dropped their record down to 23-5.
Enterprise does not have any more games scheduled as of now. JAG also has no future games currently scheduled.
