Franklin's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Mitch Cronyn, who scored 16 points. That was a full 45.7% of Franklin's points, marking the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Robbie Wynn, who scored 14 points along with two steals.
Glenn's victory bumped their record up to 2-11. As for Franklin, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-4.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Glenn on the road again on Monday and play against Stevenson at 7:00 p.m. on January 22nd. Stevenson is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak. As for Franklin, they will head out on the road to square off against Fordson at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
