That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 22.7 points per game. As for Franklin, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 19-9.
Elk Grove does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Franklin, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Kennedy at 5:30 p.m. Kennedy is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
