Wenonah (Birmingham, Ala.) 90-89 in double-overtime at the MaxPreps Holiday Classic at Rancho Mirage High School.

Wenonah looked in complete command behind 36 points from
Justin Coleman and 23 from
Raymond Richardson, but Poly senior guard
Kameron Murrell caught fire after the third quarter.
Murrell scored 25 of his game-high 37 points after the third quarter and led a 26-12 run in the fourth quarter to send the game into overtime.
Two free throws by Richardson with 0.1 seconds left in the first overtime, sent it to a second OT. After
Kameron Hardrick drilled a three-pointer to put Wenonah up 89-88 with 12.1 seconds left in the second overtime, Poly called timeout to set up Feagin, who drove the middle and made his game-winning shot.
"The play was for me to either take the shot or kick it to (Murrell)," Feagin said. "The shot was there. ... That's what Poly is all about. We never give up. We figtht to the end."
Coleman wasn't done, taking the ensuing inbounds pass, driving the length of the court before pulling up for a 22-footer that was straight as a string. It was long and Poly survived.
Chris Sullivan and Feagin had 14 points apiece and
Jordan Dallas added 11.
Poly advances into semifinal play to take on Jackson (Wash.). The other semifinal game pits Westchester and Capital Christian.
