The Rocklin Thunder fell victim to the Whitney Wildcats's stalwart defense on Monday and couldn't make it onto the board. They suffered a tough 3-0 defeat at the hands of the Wildcats. Rocklin has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Rocklin's loss dropped their record down to 11-9-2. As for Whitney, their win bumped their record up to 8-3-7.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rocklin will take on Rio Americano at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Whitney, they will look to defend their home pitch on Friday against Monterey Trail at 6:00 p.m. Monterey Trail will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Whitney surely won't give up without a fight.
