Katerina Kountouris continues to team up with MaxPreps to bring new bodyweight, AMRAP, EMOM, tabata and more types of workouts to do in your living room.
Kountouris is a Group X instructor, nutritionist and a professional host for the National Basketball Association, Major League Baseball and more.
Schools across the country continue to be shut down and athletes are in need of new and innovative ways to workout. These at-home workouts are a great way to get your heart rate going and put your body to the test with no equipment required. These workouts are not just for athletes but also a great way for parents and coaches to get their exercises in as well.
Workout 15 in the series is comprised of five exercises. You are to complete each exercise two times. The first time will be for 50 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. The second time will be for 30 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest. Once you have completed each of the five exercises for the two rounds and the allotted amount of time, you will repeat that four times.
Grab a towel and get ready to sweat.

3. 10 mountain climbers + 2 plank tucks
4. 5 frog squats + 2 squat jumps
