Even though they lost, Casey County kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Russell County only hit five.
Meanwhile, Campbellsville can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Monday. They were the clear victor by a 13-6 margin over Hart County.
Casey County's defeat dropped their record down to 18-15. As for Campbellsville, their win bumped their record up to 10-14.
