Tates Creek has not had much luck with the Indians recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Nataya Strader was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 26 points and 11 rebounds for Madison Central. It was the first time this season that Strader pulled down eight or more rebounds. Another player making a difference was Eden Carter, who scored six points along with eight rebounds and seven steals.
Tates Creek has traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-12 record this season. As for Madison Central, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 12-9.
Tates Creek will be playing at home against the Colts at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. West Jessamine is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road. As for Madison Central, they will face off against the Pirates at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
