Will yoga mats be provided?
No - please bring your own yoga mat.
Should I bring my own water?
Yes - please bring a sealed plastic water bottle or an empty reusable water bottle to fill up at one of our water stations.
Can I exit the ballpark once the class is over and return for the game?
Yes - you are welcome to scan out your ticket and return your belongings to your vehicle and re-enter the stadium for the game.
Can I still participate in yoga if I’m a beginner?
Yes - this class is formatted for yogis of all skill levels, and you do not need prior experience to attend the event.
