Accessible Access

The Reds are committed to providing every Guest with a comfortable and enjoyable experience at the ballpark. Great American Ball Park is a fully accessible ballpark for all Guests.

Great American Ball Park has accessible seating available in the seating areas. Accessible seating areas are equipped with electrical outlets for recharging purposes at no cost to the Guest.

Guests with Accessible Field Seating should meet a Reds representative at the Handlebar elevator in the Fan Zone to be escorted to the field. This elevator is located behind Sections 134-135 on the backside of the New Era Store next to the playground in the Fan Zone.

Accessible seating is available for patrons with wheelchairs or limited mobility and their companions. Guests requiring accessible seating should specify their need at the time of ticket purchase. Accessible seats will be sold in the designated accessible areas and can be purchased at Ticketmaster.com or the box office. Hearing-impaired patrons should contact the box office after tickets are purchased to request sign language interpretation. This service can be provided upon request with a minimum of four (4) weeks notice and is subject to the availability of interpreters. Accessible parking is available for $40.00 in the Central Riverfront Garage (underneath the ballpark) and East Garage (2 blocks east of the ballpark). Parking is pay-upon-entry and these spaces are sold on a first come, first served basis, based on availability. While the number of accessible parking spaces is more than adequate, Guests are encouraged to arrive early to improve their chances of obtaining an accessible parking space. Parking opens at 1:00 p.m. Gates open at 3:30 p.m.

The accessible pickup/drop-off zone is located on Second Street, on the north side of Joe Nuxhall Way (Main Street). Cars, vans, and small buses displaying a valid accessible placard or valid accessible license plate will be permitted to enter the pickup/drop-off zone beginning 30 minutes before gates open until approximately one (1) hour after the conclusion of the event. Large school buses and large charter/tour buses are prohibited from entering this zone.

Alcohol

Guests must be 21 years of age to purchase and/or consume any alcohol products anywhere within the footprint of Great American Ball Park. Delaware North (Sportservice), the licensed concessionaire and liquor permit holder, will ID everyone who appears to be 30 years of age and younger.

Concession Stand sales are limited to 2 alcoholic beverages per customer per transaction and sales will end 30 minutes before the conclusion of the event.

Alcoholic beverages are prohibited from being brought into Great American Ball Park and intoxicated individuals will be refused entry into the ballpark. Ballpark Management and Delaware North (Sportservice) reserve the right to discontinue alcohol service and/or refuse service to anyone.

Alcohol may only be taken out of Great American Ball Park in a DORA cup (Designated Open Refreshment Area). These cups are provided by Public Safety as you exit the ballpark.

The sale and consumption of all alcoholic beverages is subject to Ohio law. The Reds reserve the right to limit consumption and/or sale of alcoholic beverages at events.

ATMs

A PNC Bank ATM is located inside the main gates behind Section 121 near the Gapper’s Alley Gates.

Ballpark App

Standing or stepping on ballpark seats may lead to serious bodily injury. The Cincinnati Reds request, for your safety and other ballpark Guests, that you do not step, stand, or use seats in a manner other than intended at Great American Ball Park.

Banners and signs are not permitted.

Binoculars
Binoculars are not permitted.

Bottles and Cans
Sealed plastic bottles of water are permitted to bring in upon entry (2 per person). No other glass bottles, plastic bottles, cans, or alcoholic beverages may be brought into Great American Ball Park. Insulated foam or metal cups/containers from restaurants, convenience stores, gas stations, etc., Yeti cups and similar products are not permitted.

No video recording devices, professional cameras, cameras with detachable lenses or audio recording equipment are permitted.

Cash-To-Card Kiosks
There are 2 Cash-To-Card kiosks located inside the ballpark behind Sections 118 and 427 to exchange cash for a pre-paid Visa or MasterCard. Limit of $500 per card. No fees attached. Any remaining balance can be used anywhere in the U.S. that Visa or MasterCard is accepted.

Charging Stations
Free charging stations for mobile phones and tablets are available at the Reds Connect Zone behind Section 110. A limited amount are also available inside the Bally Sports Club.

Children
All Ages require a ticket for entry.

Club Seating
Bally Sports Club (200 and 300 level seating) is an all-inclusive ticket price that includes unlimited ballpark fare, soft drinks, and water. Alcohol is available for purchase (only credit card and debit card for payment). Situated along the first-base line and behind home plate, Bally Sports Club offers a climate-controlled indoor setting to enjoy then you will step outside to your seats. Guests can access the Bally Sports Club from inside the ballpark by taking the elevators or stairs, near Sections 127 and 135 to the Club Level or the escalator located inside the Fan Zone adjacent to the Reds Hall of Fame.

Code of Conduct
To provide a safe and enjoyable environment for Guests and ballpark personnel, the Reds have implemented a Guest Code of Conduct.

Great American Ball Park environment will be free from:

• Offensive or derogatory language concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin.
• Foul, abusive, or derogatory language.
• Obscene gestures or clothing.
• Unruly and/or disruptive behavior.
• Displays of affection that are inappropriate in a family setting.
• Destruction or the misuse of property, including standing/jumping on seats.
• Disruption of the event, restricting ability to move freely in public spaces, and/or occupying a seat that one is not ticketed to be in.
• Possession of firearms, deadly weapons, dangerous ordinance item, or other objects that can cause injury.
• Anyone being in any restricted area.
• Smoking or vaping of any substance outside of the designated smoking area.

Guest actions that interfere with others and/or rise to a serious or criminal offense should be immediately reported to Security and/or the Police.

Violations of this policy will be handled by warnings, ejection from the ballpark, or in criminal instances referred to law enforcement for possible arrest and prosecution.

Concealed Weapons Law
It is illegal under Ohio Law to possess a firearm, deadly weapon, or dangerous ordinance on the property of Great American Ball Park.

This prohibition includes those that possess valid CCW licenses from Ohio, any other state, any other government authority, or retired law enforcement officers. Those that violate this policy will be denied entry, removed from the ballpark and/or criminally prosecuted.

Federal law prohibits the use of small aircraft and drones anywhere on or above the Great American Ball Park footprint.

Elevators/Escalators
For the convenience of our Guests requiring special assistance, public elevators and escalators are located throughout Great American Ball Park.

  • One escalator is located behind Section 121 near the Gapper’s Alley Gates. This escalator transports Guests from the Terrace Level (Lower Bowl) to the View Level (Upper Bowl). However, this escalator does not access the Suite or Club Level.
  • One escalator is located inside of the Fan Zone adjacent to the Reds Hall of Fame. This escalator transports Guests from the Terrace Level (Lower Bowl) to the Club Level. Upon reaching the Club Level, Guests can use an adjacent escalator to reach the View Level (Upper Bowl).
  • Elevators can be found behind Sections 110, 121, 127 and 135.
  • Guests with Accessible Field Seating should meet a Reds representative at the Handlebar elevator in the Fan Zone to be escorted to the field. This elevator is located behind Sections 134-135 on the backside of the New Era Store next to the playground in the Fan Zone.

F

Family Zone (TriHealth Family Zone)
The Family Zone is located next to Section 537 in the right field corner of the View Level (Upper Bowl). This area features the ballpark’s second nursing station, a sensory room, reading room, playground, spectacular river views and more.

The sensory room is a therapeutic space with a variety of equipment that provides individuals with special needs a safe location with personalized sensory input and is staffed by TriHealth Medical Personnel.

Fan Accommodation Stations
There are two Fan Accommodation Stations in Great American Ball Park.

  • Behind Section 119 at Gapper’s Alley
  • Behind Section 420

Guest-relations personnel will be on hand to assist Guests with any questions, comments, or concerns. You can also pick up Lost Child wristbands at Fan Accommodations.

Field Access
Guests holding tickets for a field seat can access the field using these entry points.

  • First Base Aisles between Sections 131-132, 132-133, 133-134
  • Third Base Aisles between Sections 112-113, 113-114, 114-115
  • Guests with Accessible Field Seating should meet a Reds representative at the Handlebar elevator in the Fan Zone to be escorted to the field. This elevator is located behind Sections 134-135 on the backside of the New Era Store next to the playground in the Fan Zone.

First Aid Stations
First Aid Stations are staffed with trained medical personnel affiliated with TriHealth’s Bethesda North and Good Samaritan Hospitals.

Guests will find the Great American Ball Park First Aid Stations in the following locations:

  • Terrace Level (Lower Bowl) behind Section 125
  • Terrace Level (Lower Bowl) behind Section 109
  • View Level (Upper Bowl) behind Sections 411/511
  • On the Field in the Visitor’s Dugout and Right Field Bulllpen

Should medical assistance be needed, ask any ballpark staff member for immediate assistance.

No food products may be brought into Great American Ball Park. A wide variety of food is available throughout the ballpark. See “Concessions.”

Inspection Procedures/Metal Detection
Guest and carry-in item screening at Great American Ball Park is part of our approach to enhance the safety of our Guests and staff.

All Guests and staff will be required to undergo a metal detector scan. Wallets, keys, and phones should be able to stay in their pockets or held above the head.

Public Safety staff will provide assistance for the screening process if the need arises, such as if a medical condition prohibits a Guest from going through metal detection. In those circumstances other screening accommodations will be made.

All carry-in items will be inspected at entry for prohibited items and are subject to search anytime while inside of GABP.

Guests that refuse metal detection or a carry-in item inspection will be refused entry or asked to leave the ballpark.

Bags or other items left unattended anywhere on the property of Great American Ball Park will be immediately inspected by Public Safety and removed.

Lost and Found
Guests may inquire about lost and found articles at a Fan Accommodation Station located behind Section 119 at Gapper’s Alley and behind Section 420 from gate opening until the conclusion of the event. On non-event days, Guests can call Security at 513-765-7095. The Cincinnati Reds are not responsible for any items left on premises.

Lost Children/Missing Persons
Guests should immediately report a missing person to any ballpark staff member, law enforcement officer, or at a Fan Accommodation Station located behind Section 119 at Gapper’s Alley and behind Section 420. Subsequently, all efforts will be taken, working closely with law enforcement and Security, to locate and reunite the missing person. To assist with missing children, parents can stop by the Fan Accommodation Stations to pick up a wristband for their child to wear during their visit. Parents can fill in their name, their child's name, and their phone number to assist Police and Security in the reunification process.

Nursing Suites
Two private areas are open to moms and babies for breastfeeding. Only nursing mothers are permitted into these areas. These spaces feature comfortable gliders, sinks, ice and refrigeration, private restrooms, changing stations, and lockers for storing your nursing items during the event.

Rocking chairs are outside the suites to use while waiting for an open nursing seat or for others wishing to relax with their babies.

  • Suite Level Nursing Suite – Go to the Bally Sports Club elevator featuring Rosie Red and the Pampers Nursing Suite logo and take it to the Suite Level.
  • View Level (Upper Bowl) Nursing Suite – Go to The Handlebar elevator and take it to the View Level. Proceed to the Tri Health Family Zone next to Section 537.

Rain
All concerts go on rain or shine. No refunds or exchanges will be issued in the event of rain. Umbrellas are not permitted. Also, see “Severe Weather.”

Re-Entry
Limited re-entry is permitted strictly for smoking. See “Smoking Policy.” Guests inside of the ballpark can use the one (1) designated RE-ENTRY GATE at GATE B – behind Section 119 at Gapper’s Alley to have their ticket scanned to gain access to the smoking area. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR TICKET EXIT SCANNED ON THE WAY OUT AND A RE-ENTRY SCAN ON THE WAY BACK IN TO RE-ENTER THE BALLPARK. Guests are subject to metal detection screening upon re-entry and there will be no carry-in items permitted through the re-entry gate. If a Guest uses any other gate to exit, other than the one (1) designated RE-ENTRY GATE, they will not be able to re-enter the ballpark.

Public Restrooms are conveniently located throughout Great American Ball Park. All restrooms have diaper-changing stations available and are accessible to Guests with disabilities. Below is a list of Sections where public restrooms are located throughout the ballpark:

In the event that you have an issue while at Great American Ball Park and need to reach our Public Safety staff, you can text "REDS" and your issue to 69050. Public Safety will reply and staff will be dispatched to your area if the situation demands a response. Msg & Data rates may apply.

Severe Weather
A central focus of Great American Ball Park is to provide a safe environment for everyone. Cincinnati is in an area of the county where severe weather can arise quickly and become a safety concern for Guests. Therefore, weather is continuously monitored through local and regional sources.

If severe weather threatens the ballpark, information will be communicated to Guests by the ballpark staff, public address announcer, and/or the scoreboard. In the event that Guests are requested to leave the seating bowl and shelter-in-place, Guests are asked to quickly shelter in the covered concourses, restrooms, parking garage or other enclosed areas.

Smoking Policy
Great American Ball Park has been designated as a completely non-smoking facility under Ohio Law. Therefore, it is the obligation of ballpark staff to ensure that smoking or vaping of any substance does not occur inside Great American Ball Park. Violators may be subject to ejection and potential fines.

Guests can bring tobacco and vaping devices into the ballpark, but must go outside to use them. There is a designated smoking area, outside of GATE B – behind Section 119 at Gapper’s Alley that is available for those who wish to smoke. Guests inside of the ballpark can use the one (1) designated RE-ENTRY GATE at GATE B – behind Section 119 at Gapper’s Alley to have their ticket scanned to gain access to the smoking area. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR TICKET EXIT SCANNED ON THE WAY OUT AND A RE-ENTRY SCAN ON THE WAY BACK IN TO RE-ENTER THE BALLPARK. Guests are subject to metal detection screening upon re-entry and there will be no carry-in items permitted through the re-entry gate. If a Guest uses any other gate to exit, other than the one (1) designated RE-ENTRY GATE, they will not be able to re-enter the ballpark.

Strollers
Great American Ball Park welcomes Guests that bring and utilize their own strollers. However, the use of strollers should not in any way inhibit general Guest movement, block any aisle, or be placed under your seats. If not in use, they must be stored. Strollers can be checked in at a Fan Accommodation Station located behind Section 119 at Gapper’s Alley and behind Section 420. Strollers are not available to rent. Strollers may be subject to search prior to entry by Public Safety staff.

Weather
All concerts go on rain or shine. No refunds or exchanges will be issued in the event of rain. Umbrellas are not permitted. Also, see “Severe Weather.”

Wheelchairs
Guests in need of a wheelchair transport can make their request to any ballpark staff member, at a Fan Accommodation Station located behind Section 119 at Gapper’s Alley and behind Section 420, or a First Aid Station located behind Sections 109, 125, or 411/511. An Event Day staff member will escort you to your seat and can pick you up when you are ready to leave. Wheelchairs are not available for personal use during the event.

Personal wheelchairs can be checked in at a Fan Accommodation Station located behind Section 119 at Gapper’s Alley and behind Section 420.

WI-FI
Wi-Fi is available to the public at no charge. The Great American Ball Park Wi-Fi network is named “redswifi” and does not need a password.
