Education Lead - MNSI Maternity Programme

The post holder will be responsible for the provision of strong, visible professional leadership across MNSI, who fosters a culture of continuous improvement, compassion and excellence in all aspects of the maternity programme.

You will lead the development and delivery of the education strategy ensuring that education and training are delivered to the highest standard.

Reporting directly to the Deputy Director (Operations) you will provide awareness and assurance of compliance whilst managing the education budget and forming strong relationships with other relevant teams.

As the Education Lead, you will chair the education meeting on a monthly basis whilst working with the Director and Deputy Directors to provide leadership on development initiatives that influence and support the delivery of effective investigations.

Health, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Lead

The post holder will play a pivotal role in ensuring a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion exists within the MNSI programme and that this is reflected in both external work, within investigations and in the wider MNSI team.

You will manage relationships at a senior level ensuring excellent communication and working relationships are maintained and relevant information and data is available to demonstrate delivery of all MNSI health equity improvement projects and D&I programme. 

Reporting directly to the Deputy Director (Operations) you will utilise MNSI data to develop, implement, and evaluate MNSI health equity improvement projects and D&I strategies to measure effectiveness and identify themes. You'll support a culture that ensures that health equity and D&I is seen as everyone’s business and is explicit in everything that we do.

MNSI Lead Anaesthetic/Critical Care Team - Clinical Advisor

The post holder will work as part of MNSI’s clinical advisory team providinganaesthetic and/or critical care clinical advice to support investigators and team leaders undertaking MNSI investigations.

The post holder will work as part of MNSI’s clinical advisory team providinganaesthetic and/or critical care clinical advice to support investigators and team leaders undertaking MNSI investigations. They will lead, line manage and professionally support the anaesthetic and critical care team of clinical advisors and work collaboratively with other clinical advisors, the heads of each region, the clinical director, and their deputy, to support the requirements of the programme across England.

Reporting directly to the deputy clinical director, you will provide expert anaesthetic and/or critical care clinical advice and guidance ensuring investigation reports are representative of current clinical practice, representative of national guidance and initiatives and factually accurate.
